Housing & Community Services Custodian Crosbyton Part-Time

The part time Custodian will is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to cleaning and the up keeping of orderly conditions of the Crosby County Neighborhood Center premises and is responsible for providing custodial and janitorial services. This involves daily scheduled routines and other occasional duties as assigned, assist with daily building & office cleaning and potentially minor maintenance repairs. Custodian duties will include cleaning bathrooms, floors, keep grounds clean and safe.





         High school Diploma or general GED; or six months related experience and/or training.

         Must be willing to take and pass a drug/alcohol test and comply with the “Drug Free” agency policy.

         Must possess and maintain valid Texas motor vehicle operator’s permit of appropriate classification and endorsement as required.  Must agree to maintain a satisfactory MVR and minimum requirement of insurability as required by law.  MVR and criminal background checks may be conducted by the agency.
